Stephen ‘Griff’ Griffiths
Meet Griff, a highly skilled Navy SEAL Team Chief with 15 years of experience in combat and warfare tactics. He has been deployed to around the world war zones and non-war zones alike, utilizing his expertise in close quarters combat, heavy weapons, mortars, grenades, breaching, and bullet and demo theory to take down the bad guys.
But Griff isn't just a fighter - he's also a teacher. He has accumulated over 8,000 hours as a range safety officer and firearms instructor, training SEALs, other armed forces, partner nations and civilians. One memorable mission for him was going to Kenya to teach African partner nations strategies and techniques to protect their coastlines from pirates.
Outside of the teams, Griff holds a BA in Criminology from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Tampa. He continues to serve his country as a Navy SEAL in the reserves.

Tom Sawyer
Meet Tom Sawyer, a firefighter, flight nurse, and overall fun guy.
Tom is a highly skilled and dedicated healthcare professional, with over 14 years of experience in the fast-paced world of trauma medicine. As a flight nurse, firefighter paramedic, and AHA Instructor, Tom's expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including critical care transport, hazmat response, and as a trauma flight-based first responder in the Air Force.
Whether responding to emergencies, transporting critically ill patients, or training the next generation of healthcare professionals, Tom’s devotion and passion to healthcare is clear. With his vast knowledge and expertise, Tom has helped countless healthcare professionals acquire the skills they need to save lives and make a difference in their communities.
His ultimate goal is to help build healthy and safe communities, where all members are equipped with basic medical skills to take care of each other in emergency situations. These courses enable him to teach these lifesaving skills outside of the professional realm to parents, grandparents, and children alike.
